A Ground Forces Division vanished on capturing a moon

So I had 2x 250k Combat Divisions attacking a colony in Alpha Centauri.

1st was fresh, 2nd had already battled before (and all set to Front Line Attack apart from the Division HQ when the battle was won in case that is something to do with it).

I won and captured the colony

Yet when I went to the Ground Forces window to move both over to the captured colony only the fresh Division is showing up.

Selecting my old colony (the bottom one, as I already moved the one I can see to the captured colony) I can see units still there but they are not showing as a moveable unit??

They also show on the Economics window but not the GU / Stockpiles window

So yeah.

I saved the game and left it in case someone knew what to do to get them back. Last night after work I decided to load up the game and just go through my colonies making notes and roadmaps for each system. Ordered a few things to be built. Saved and went to bed.

Today I load it up and…

I guess the HQ got wiped out near the end along with the logi getting used up (this was not the fresh Division) and the troops decided to go on a bender after the victory?

Note to self, next time save then try turning it off and on again ]: )
