I’m starting to place some passive probes at the JPs of the systems next to mine.
I’ve noticed that sensitivity range of probes is smaller than the one as said in the probe design, and I can’t understand why.

Missile window shows stuff with updated tech so maybe you researched th/em sensor strength in the meantime?
The first probes are placed in Proxima Centauri (the image is taken there), so I presume it isn’t a nebula system (by the way, where can I see this?).
Yes, from when I fabricated the probes, I’ve done some progress in sensors strength. But the probe values aren’t they fixed at the moment of the fabrication?
they are in deployed probes but it looks like you are looking at the design in “missile design” window so it displays updated values because even with the same MSP allocated to sensor the range is longer due to updated tech.

What are the strengths for the missile in the technology window, or in the ordnance tab of the class design window?
Missile design shows how the missile would look with current tech.

In Tech window and ordnance tab, TH and EM strengths are 0.43, vs. 0.97 shown in Missile Design window.
