Does the npr build its own troops

Also does the number of troops they have scale with their population like more pop more troops?

One more also can they invade your planets

If you have your race to be able to colonize everything and you set non- trans Newtonian races to spawn every single time there’s a habitable world does that mean they copy my race template and change that or does take from a “human” template and spawn a normal ish race there?

I’m not sure I’m following all your questions. But I’ll take a crack at the ones I am following. 🙂

Yes. NPRs generate their own ground forces.

I don’t know the answer to this one. I will say that on higher population worlds they tend to have more defenders in place. But I don’t know if they coalesce out of thin air, are trained on a homeworld and shipped there or what.

Oh yes.

I don’t think I understand this question. New NPRs are always random collection of settings. They are almost never human (or the same species as you). Unless you pick a specific config and the roll is very specific for that new NPR, you will get a new alien race that has nothing to do with yours.

NPRs do ship troops around. Based on a planet’s value, they will move forces to it. If that value increases, they will ship more troops.

NPR environmental tolerances are generated independently of any player races. Their tolerances are based on the world where they are generated.
