Intriguing idea. I checked and there doesn’t have to be an atmosphere for dust to have an effect.
In reality, I should probably ignore dust without an atmosphere as it will just fall to the surface.

Finally an Aurora 4x C# related AI use 
Triggers interesting follow up questions such as… what size of Asteroid is feasible to remove from existence with Aurora technology weapons, and would it be worth the effort to model this 
But what happens if you then start adding a new atmosphere? Wouldn’t that just cause the same effect to reappear?
