Is there anywhere that I can understand the workings of the Organisations Tab in Ground Forces.

I have various Formations in the OOB tab ( Garrison Brigades and Sto’s ) on all the planets that I have so far colonised but no idea how to use the Orgaisations section with Create , Field Position and delete Node. Is there a Tutorial or video that I can use to expand knowledge of how my Ground Forces work or be more efficient when fighting.
