This is not a “design” per se, more of a intent blueprint. It has no hard researched items or modules as the concept is both relational and well, modular in nature.
The concept can be applied at ANY tech level, because it allocates HS and not performance or capabilities. So for example, one can put anything into the Engine slot, even a military engine instead of the suggested commercial, as long as it takes up the number of HS it will work in the design. When one “techs up” then one can simply research the exact same engine with the next level of tech and keep the HS number the same, adjusting as necessary.
