How exactly do recreational facilities work? I find that they sometimes reduce deployment time, sometimes not, sometimes the deployment clock will go up for a while and then go down. Do they have a maximum tonnage limit or something like that? I can’t get them to consistently work regardless of where they are located.
Deployment time only ticks down at the end of the con cycle. All the increments in between the ends of the con cycle will see deployment tick up.
