A spit ball of an idea but I thought itd be good to get it down.
Imagine the medal management panel but rather than choosing an image file you can choose a sound file. Utilizes the existing UI system for medals and could easily leverage the existing event system.
Even if it doesn’t ship with any built in effects it’d be a huge boon, especially with some interrupt events like inactive research lab going away. I can event highlight it in red but if the events window is closed having the ability to add a little research bubbler effect myself would be a game saver.
